- Non-students in my household will not interrupt or disrupt Virtual Learning and will not participate unless specifically invited to do so.
- The virtual Learning classroom will be polite and respectful of all students and staff.
- Images or items that are not appropriate for students or staff will be shared or visible to classmates or educators at any time and will adhere to the TVDSB Safe Schools Policy
- All individuals on camera will be dressed for a learning environment, as per the school’s Code of Conduct.
- The Virtual Learning Platform (Brightspace and Google Meet) will be used for educational purpose only.
- Students are responsible for all posts and conversations in online learning platforms.
- Inappropriate online behaviour and actions may result in discipline.
- Families who have been loaned a Thames Valley DSB computing device are responsible for devices(s) assigned to them and any activity on these devices.
- Failure to follow this agreement may result in progressive steps to resolve the issue, which may include the possibility of suspension of and/or removal of student access to the digital learning platform.
