London, ON - On Thursday, April 25, 2024, Budweiser Gardens will come alive with the vibrant sounds of nearly 1000 high school students from twenty-one different Thames Valley schools. The "Variety Is..." Showcase Concert is an evening of musical talent, featuring a diverse array of performances by concert bands, jazz bands, choirs, guitar ensembles, and orchestras from Thames Valley secondary schools. 

 

Audience members can expect a repertoire spanning several decades and genres, including cultural and movie music, pop, rock, jazz, and a mix of contemporary and traditional concert band and orchestral pieces. The performance will also include a special guitar collaboration, bringing together 65 musicians from seven different secondary schools.
