In support of Thames Valley’s commitment to the safety of students, staff and community members, all Thames Valley District School Board fields will be closed due to the ongoing heat wave in our area.

High temperatures and humidity are expected to continue through most of the week, with temperatures of 30-35°C each day.

The safety of all students, staff and community members is our highest priority and the decision to close fields was not made lightly.  As temperatures begin to drop later in the week, TVDSB will re-assess and may reopen its fields.
